Three things to look for.

The decision: new model trades, or a clear message that the existing holdings stay in place.
The dates: the signal date explains when a decision happened; the intended trade date tells you what comes next.
The history: existing positions and completed trades explain how the model got here. They are not a list of trades to repeat.
